This Promotions & Gift Card Policy explains how discounts, promotional offers, and gift cards may be used on https://tommytease.com (“Site”), operated by Tommy Tease (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in a promotion or purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to this policy.

1. Promotional Offers & Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or special pricing (“Promotions”). Unless otherwise stated:

- Promotions are valid for a limited time only

- Promotions apply while supplies last

- Promotions apply only to eligible products

- Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to past orders

- Gift cards are non‑transferable and may not be resold

- Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

b. Expiration

Unless required by law:

- Gift cards do not expire

c. Redemption

- Gift cards must be applied at checkout

- If the purchase total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method

- If the purchase total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card

5. Gift Card Purchases & Refunds

- Gift card purchases are final and non‑refundable, except where required by law

- Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced

- We are not responsible for gift cards used without authorization

6. Gift Cards & Refunds on Orders

If an order purchased using a gift card is eligible for a refund:

- Refunds will be issued back to the gift card

- Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless required by law or due to our error

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold orders involving:

- Suspected fraud

- Unauthorized use of gift cards or promo codes

- Violations of this policy or our Terms of Service
