
Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tommy Tease. Because all of our products are made to order, this policy explains when refunds, returns, or replacements are available. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final (Made‑to‑Order Items)
All Tommy Tease products are created specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: - Buyer’s remorse - Incorrect size or color selection - Change of mind after purchase - Minor color or print variations - Ordering the wrong item Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to help. ### To report an issue: - Contact us within 7 days of delivery - Include your order number - Provide clear photos showing the issue If the issue is confirmed, we will: - Replace the item at no additional cost, or - Issue a refund, at our discretion
3. Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Packages Marked as Delivered
We are not responsible for:
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received
- Theft after delivery
Please ensure your delivery location is secure. If needed, contact the carrier directly for additional assistance.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We may offer reshipment
- Additional shipping charges may apply
Refunds are not issued for address errors provided by the customer.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to damage or defect, it will be handled as a replacement order.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds:
- Are issued to the original payment method
- May take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless required by law or due to an error on our part.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in restriction of future purchases.
